Age to Age Counseling currently offers the following CEU workshops for licensed therapists. Workshops are offered as demanded. Please contact us to indicate your interest in any of the following.

Ethics

For individuals with some background and understanding of basic ethics and ethical principles. Activities include experiential learning via case application of an ethical decisionmaking model and collaborative problem solving.
3 CEUs. $35.00 per person.

The Ethics of Supervision
Participants will review differences between administrative and clinical supervision, supervisor roles, and ethical and legal implications. Case examples of mandated supervision and nonegregious ethical infractions will be included. Informed consent and the supervisor's vulnerability in cases of vicarious liability will complete the program.
3 CEUs. $35.00 per person.

Professional Growth Experience: The Maori Drawing
This workshop is designed to facilitate personal and professional development, processing of clinical work, as well as fostering a foundation for renewed growth. Participants are encourated to wear comfortable clothign and to prepare for a relaxed and soothing environment. Limited to 12 participants.
3 CEUs. $40.00 per person.

Marry Me a Little: Couples Assessment and Issues
This workshop is designed to expose participants to intake and assessment tools for use with couples, to take participants beyond communication-based CBT couples work into the world of emotionally-focused therapy (EFT), and to discuss ethical issues involved in working with couples.
3 CEUs. $35.00 per person.

We Are, All of Us, In This Together: Working in the Realm of Thanatos
This workshop provides an experiential introduction to working with clients who are journeying inn the realm of Thanatos--the realm of death, dying, and bereavement. Participants will learn how to prepare for this work including understanding the differing ways clients journey into the realm and the differing presentations that arise from the differing journeys.
3 CEUs. $35.00 per person.
